Swami 3000 Map Update Process
To purchase an update for your Swami 3000 follow the instructions below:
1. Download the update software here. (Make sure you save it to a place that you’ll remember).
2. Plug your Swami in. (If you ran the software before plugging in your Swami simply hit “retry” to enable the software to find your device).
3. Run the Swami_3000_Map_Update.exe (by double clicking on it). It will look like the image below:
4. You will be redirected to the payment screen.
5. Fill out the form to complete your map purchase. (You will see the “Thank you” screen).
6. Once you have purchased the update you can return to the Swami Update Software window (Swami_3000_Map_Update.exe) and click “update maps”.
7. Your Swami should begin updating; this may take a while (5 minutes in some cases). Please do not disconnect your Swami until the update is complete.
8. Success! You should see the update complete notification. You are now ready to take your Swami out to the course.
