Thank you for choosing IZZO GOLF. We pride ourselves on providing customers with only the best golf products. Our Quality Control Team rigorously tests each of our products to meet the highest quality standards in the industry. By the time our products reach you, every last detail has been checked and rechecked.

Zwood 2-Year Limited Warranty Policy

If for some reason your IZZO Zwood isn’t performing to the highest standards, we will be happy to repair or replace the product for a period of 2 years after purchase. Please follow these steps to assure that your IZZO product is properly and promptly fixed:

1.) A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.Please call Customer Service before returning any goods to obtain this number.

    1. Customer Service may be reached at 1-800-284-1220. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm EST.

2.) Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return shipment.

3.) Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box.

4.) Please include a completed repair form with your shipment. Repair forms are available on www.izzo.com in the "Warranty Registration" portion of the website.

    1. Repair forms are posted in Adobe PDF format. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, a link to download the program
      is provided.

5.) Please mail the product to IZZO GOLF.

Upon receiving your product, we will determine the best solution to your
problem.In some cases we will repair your product, and in others, replacement is the best option. Either way, the highest quality product will
be returned to you*.

Please note that our warranty policy only covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.The following are exclusions to the warranty coverage:

  • Normal wear and tear of product
  • Paint scratches and/or Cosmetic blemishes
  • Abuse or neglect of product due to consumer misuse
  • Previous repairs to the product by a 3rd party
  • Modification to a product after initial shipment from IZZO GOLF
  • Components (IZZO GOLF does not sell components of clubs, therefore only a complete product can be eligible for warranty claims)
