rigorously tests each of our products to meet the highest quality
standards in the industry. By the time our products reach you, every
last detail has been checked and rechecked.
Golf Bag 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy
If for some reason your IZZO GOLF Bag isn’t performing to
the highest standards, we will be happy to repair or replace it.
Please follow these steps to assure that your IZZO product is properly
and promptly fixed.
1.) A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.Please
call Customer Service before returning any goods to obtain this
number.
- Customer Service may be reached at 1-800-284-1220. Hours of
operation are Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm EST.
2.) Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with
your return shipment.
3.) Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside
of the shipping box.
4.) Please mail the product to IZZO GOLF.
Upon receiving your product, we will determine the best solution
to your
problem.In some cases we will repair your product, and in others,
replacement is the best option. Either way, the highest quality
product will
be returned to you*.
Please note that our warranty policy only covers manufacturer
defects in materials or workmanship.The following are exclusions
to the warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear of product
- Cosmetic blemishes
- Abuse or neglect of product due to consumer misuse
- Previous repairs to the product by a 3rd party
- Modification to a product after initial shipment from IZZO GOLF
